Scott McCoy, President
Scott has a Bachelors in Business Administration from The University Oklahoma. He has been in the insurance industry for over 11 years. Scott is an expert in group benefits. Being actively involved in all phases of Health Care Reform Scott is positioned to educate and guide your business through the next phase of healthcare and into the future. He and his wife Brittany have two boys. In his free time Scott enjoys playing golf, spending time with his family and volunteering in the community.
Experience:
2006 – 2013 Aetna -- A graduate of the prestigious Aetna Group School in 2006, Scott led his class year over year in sales and retention from a middle market sales location in Tulsa. An expert in funding options, Scott has developed many creative opportunities for Aetna clients. Solutions include alternate funding options such as discount sharing to eliminate fixed cost fees and creative stop loss alternatives. Scott excels in case implementation and is very attentive to case details such as network performance and plan utilizations factors.
2002 – 2005 State Farm – Scott led efforts in sales and marketing of property, casualty, life and health for two of State Farm’s most successful agents.

Sue Chimento, Account Executive
Sue has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years spending a majority of that time in the group benefits area. She is an expert in predictive modeling, trend analysis, network discount comparisons and custom financial reporting. Having been integrally involved on the carrier side as a self-funded account manager and as the large-case consultant for all self-funded business in Oklahoma, Sue is in a unique position to do your business a great service.
Sue has guided her clients through the challenges of Health Care Reform and compliance with new regulations. She excels at creating solutions for all types of employers including multiple employer associations, professional athletic organizations, Native American Tribes and employers from 50 to 3,000 employees.
Experience:
2008 – 2013 Aetna Retention Manager Responsible maintaining and renewing medical, dental, life and disability for groups with over 50 full-time employees. Worked with multiple funding options and designed custom solutions for self funded plan sponsors.
2001 – 2006 Gallaher Benefit Services specialized in large self- funded cases. She gathered and maintained all the financial analysis for plans varying from the Aerospace Industry, Telecommunications, and Tribal Plans.
1996 – 2000 General American Insurance Company, Tulsa OK – Sue entered the benefit side of Insurance and used her financial training to manage self-funded clients for General American. Sue developed custom financial reporting to meet the needs of each of her plans. Additionally she used her computer skills to write the corporate manual for the company’s first online member eligibility system
1990 – 1996 Johnson & Higgins, Detroit Michigan -- Sue served as primary account manager for International plans for Chrysler Motor Corporation and General Motors Corporation. This consisted of specialized Marine Cargo operations to protect the shipping of each company and the Household Goods for all employees transferred worldwide. This involved daily financial and premium analysis for each plan.

Evan Tipton, Producing Manager
Evan is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. He has been in insurance for over 6 years and helped build one of the most successful captive insurance agencies in the country from the ground floor. He is currently working on obtaining the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) certification.
Evan is extremely involved in the community and volunteers hundreds of hours each year. He is currently the 2014 Chair-Elect for Tulsa's Young Professionals. He is also an Eagle Scout and enjoys playing golf, cooking and traveling.
Experience:
2012-2013 The NORDAM Group - Chief of Staff Evan implemented the strategy of NORDAM's Chief Operations Officer and Vice Chairman daily on numerous activities including manufacturing, supply chain, proposals, military contracts and engineering. In this capacity he also served to support activity in the community, including State and Local Chambers, Board of the Office of Juvenile Affairs and Board of Corrections.
2008-2012 State Farm - Producer Evan was the lead producer of property and casualty insurance. During this time he managed marketing activity and sales strategy. Evan focused on developing a customer experience second to none. He also preformed many of the more difficult conflict resolution activities in what is now the most successful State Farm Agency in the region.
